The MVP Foundation is a charitable organization with a mission to equip young boys in Phoenix, specifically those in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades, with valuable leadership skills. Our aim is to guide them towards making positive decisions and avoiding high-risk behaviors as they navigate through life. At the MVP Foundation, we teach life skills through a simple yet effective Code of Conduct.

This Code is closely monitored by teachers, administrators, coaches, and parents, ensuring that each young man adheres to it. By doing so, they become eligible to attend our annual MVP Leadership Academy at no cost, where they can further develop their leadership skills. The MVP Code of Conduct emphasizes values such as courtesy, respect for others' ideas, being a positive role model, and obeying rules.
