## Description

The Next Challenge Expedition Grant is a unique initiative created by adventurer Tim Moss, aimed at supporting individuals looking to embark on significant expeditions. Established in 2015, the grant assists adventurers of all ages and backgrounds—particularly beginners—by providing financial aid totaling around £2,000 each year, with typical awards ranging from £100 to £800. The grant has successfully funded over 70 adventures, including desert crossings, ocean rowing, and mountain climbing.

In addition to monetary support, winners have access to free expedition gear, loaned equipment such as bikes, and expert advice on expedition planning and execution. The initiative thrives on crowdfunding, with contributions from adventurers and public donations, fostering a community that believes in the power of exploration. Applications are currently open until January 31, 2024, inviting individuals to take their first steps towards unforgettable adventures. Whether you’re looking to Cycle Around the World or Row an Ocean, The Next Challenge Expedition Grant is committed to making your expedition dreams a reality.
