## Description

The Nomadic Table is a private catering and event-chef business based in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, offering customized dining experiences inspired by international flavors and the Yampa Valley. Its approach combines farm-to-table ingredients from Colorado ranchers, growers, and foragers with live-fire cooking and attentive, restaurant-level hospitality. The team designs bespoke menus around each gathering, with options tailored to dietary requirements, including gluten-free, plant-forward, and allergen-safe meals.

Services include private chef dining for vacation rentals, intimate celebrations, corporate retreats, and private aviation. Guests can choose multi-course dinners, family-style service, tableside finishing, and immersive culinary presentations. The company manages planning, ingredient sourcing, cooking, service, and kitchen cleanup, with additional support such as tablescape styling for select events. Corporate offerings accommodate larger groups and include planning and weather backup arrangements. Aviation catering is coordinated with flight crews and airports, with meals packaged for cabin reheating and presentation. Each event is developed collaboratively with Executive Chef Justylyn Alair, with menus and service formats adjusted to suit the client’s vision, dietary needs, and budget.
