## Description

The Nook Play Café is a welcoming play café at 12 Station Street in Saltburn-by-the-Sea, created for babies, toddlers and young children, along with the adults who care for them. Inspired by the founder’s experience of early parenthood, The Nook aims to make outings with little ones feel easier by offering a calm, comfortable place for families to spend time together.

Children can explore an open play space at their own pace, while babies have a quieter, sensory-led room designed for early exploration. The café area offers good coffee, simple food and comfortable seating, allowing parents, carers and grandparents to relax while keeping little ones nearby. Alongside regular play sessions, The Nook plans to host toddler parties and special sessions. The café is scheduled to open on 20 April 2026, with bookings to follow. Families can join the mailing list for updates about sessions, events and booking availability, or contact the team with questions about visits, bookings and parties.
