You can choose from month-to-month programs or pay as you attend, giving you flexibility and convenience. Our founder, Bertha Wainer, is a true pioneer in the field, having introduced weights to women when it was still considered taboo. She holds certifications in Personal Training, Group Fitness, and Specialized Training, among others.

We also have certified trainers in Pilates, HIIT, nutrition, Aikido, karate, and more. Your safety is our priority, and we have put guidelines in place for your protection during workouts and sessions. If you feel comfortable wearing a mask, please do so, but it is not a requirement.
