## Description

The Phenix Project is a non-governmental initiative focused on the scientific investigation of UFOs and the search for extraterrestrial intelligence. Its stated aim is to establish an international scientific research foundation, in France or elsewhere, once sufficient funding is secured. The project presents UFO research as a major scientific and technical challenge, seeking to clarify the nature of unidentified flying objects and explore what their study may reveal about space and the universe.

The initiative also highlights research into new forms of energy, describing the subject as strategically important to the global economy and vital to the future of humanity and Earth. Its website provides information about the project’s concept, mission, biography, financing, news, press releases, and investor relations, alongside contact details and an invitation to donate. The Phenix Project frames its work around curiosity, discovery, and the possibility of life beyond Earth, welcoming people interested in exploring questions that range from the depths of the oceans to distant stars and galaxies.
