# The Pin Pals

- **Primary alias:** `thepinpalsapp.com`

## Description

ThePinPalsApp provides free software and setup services for golf tournaments and fundraising outings. Rather than asking hosts to build an event page themselves, the company creates a branded tournament hub, typically within about 48 hours, using details supplied by the organizer. Hosts review the page before it goes live and then manage the event through a central dashboard.

The platform supports online registration, team signups, custom questions, waivers, add-ons, donations, sponsor packages, and payment collection. Sponsors can select tiers, submit logos, and pay through their own portal. Hosts can also track check-ins and on-course sales, send email announcements, export reports, and create mobile silent auctions, cart signs, scorecards, and sponsor boards.

Designed for nonprofits, schools, youth sports teams, public safety departments, businesses, and community fundraisers, PinPals aims to simplify event administration and help organizers raise funds. There are no platform or subscription fees for hosts. Card processing fees apply, while offline payments carry no platform fee and donations are described as fee-free. Payments go directly to the organizer’s account.
