## Description

The Pizza Bike is a portable pizzeria serving fresh sourdough pizza in Bath, Bristol, Somerset and beyond. Launched in 2014 as an art installation, it developed into what the brand describes as the world’s smallest pizzeria. Since 2015, The Pizza Bike has brought handmade pizza and a distinctive mobile dining experience to locations accessible by bicycle. The business also trades at The Bell Inn in Bath, where customers can enjoy pizza on selected Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, subject to opening hours and availability.

The menu centres on full-flavoured sourdough pizza made with carefully selected ingredients, alongside handmade pizza dough for customers to take home. The Pizza Bike is also available to hire for weddings, anniversaries, corporate events and children’s parties, with event services offered across Bath, Bristol and the Somerset area. Combining a compact, bicycle-based setup with restaurant-style food, the brand aims to bring freshly made pizza and a cheerful atmosphere to private celebrations and public venues.
