Its mission is to inspire, motivate, and educate youth, encouraging them to build confidence, pursue their potential, and find rewards in personal achievement. The organization presents athletics as a way to develop skills and learn lessons both on and off the court.

A central offering is TC Hoops University, which provides basketball training for athletes at recreational, travel, high school, AAU, and college levels.
