## Description

The Positive Birth Company provides accessible, affordable digital education and tools for pregnancy, birth and parenting. Its expert-led courses are designed for people at different stages, from conception through a child’s early years, and are available to families around the world. The company’s offerings include the Hypnobirthing Pack, covering preparation for birth; the Pregnancy Pack, from conception to birth; the Postpartum Pack, from birth to 12 weeks; and the Early Years Pack, for ages 12 weeks to three years. Its resources aim to help users build knowledge and feel better equipped for their birth and parenting journeys.

The Positive Birth Company also offers the Freya app, a hypnobirthing-friendly surge timer and virtual birth partner. Available in six languages, the app tracks surge timing and provides breathing guidance, affirmations, visualisations and guided relaxations. It can also indicate when it may be appropriate to contact a midwife. Alongside its courses and app, the brand provides a shop, a pregnancy, birth and parenting blog, positive birth stories, and additional resources such as affirmation cards and a birth comb.
