It brings together clinical psychology, peer support, embodied practice and research to support men’s mental health and wellbeing, with work extending across the Lusophone world and Europe. Founded by psychologist, therapeutic facilitator and author João Vaz, the organisation grew from his book The Possible Man, a reflection on masculinity and alternatives to inherited models.
