## Description

The Power Play is a hockey development and mentorship brand focused on helping players improve their performance on and off the ice. Led by founder and head mentor Jayce Hawryluk, a professional forward whose career has included the WHL, NHL, AHL, and top European leagues, the team draws on firsthand experience at high levels of the sport. Its mentors include former NHL and AHL players, bringing expertise in forward and defensive play, video analysis, and player development.

The Power Play offers one-on-one video analysis to identify strengths and areas for improvement, while teaching players to review their own game film. Mentorship and mindset coaching help athletes navigate setbacks and build a productive approach to development. On-ice training focuses on skating fundamentals and skills that transfer to game situations. Off-season recovery and development sessions combine training and recovery methods, including access to a shooting garage, cold plunge, and sauna; this service is available in Brandon, Manitoba only. The brand also promotes skill development and pop-up preparation camps.
