## Description

The Practical Psych (TPP) helps organisations improve workplace wellbeing and performance through evidence-based organisational psychology. Its approach uses psychological science to move beyond tick-box wellbeing initiatives and focus on practical, measurable improvements. At the centre of its services is the OHIQ, a diagnostic platform that provides a five-minute organisational health profile. Organisations can administer the assessment with their teams, review concise insights, compare results with benchmarks, and identify high-impact opportunities for improvement.

TPP’s work is guided by its Psychologically Healthy Organisation model, an end-to-end framework for measuring, addressing, monitoring, and improving organisational outcomes. The company offers ROI-focused wellbeing and performance solutions, supported by expert practitioners who deliver individual and group-level interventions and help organisations put health strategies into practice. Its services include organisational health assessment, intervention support, practitioner appointments, and strategic guidance. Led by Dr Jason Spendelow, TPP also shares practical strategies, industry insights, and webinar information through its network. Its overall aim is to help organisations make informed decisions that support healthier workplaces and stronger staff performance.
