## Description

The Profit-ista is the brand of Nicole Gillyard, a financial and business strategy professional who helps CEOs and entrepreneurs build strong financial foundations, improve operations, and pursue sustainable profitability. A CPA with an MBA and BBA, Gillyard brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience, including work as a nonprofit CFO in Detroit and as a contractual CFO for growing businesses. Her approach focuses on making financial information easier to understand so business leaders can make informed decisions and concentrate on growth.

The brand’s featured offering is the Bankable CEO 3-Day Experience, an educational event for established business owners and entrepreneurs seeking to grow from six to seven figures. Its program covers business structure, offers and positioning, operational systems, processes, profitability strategies, and growth planning. Participants are guided toward a 90-day blueprint and a 12-month roadmap for scaling. The experience is designed for leaders who want greater clarity, stronger business systems, and more profitable operations without relying on guesswork or unsustainable hustle.
