## Description

The Public Safety Broadband Technology Association is dedicated to advancing FirstNet, the Nationwide Public Safety Broadband Network. Their mission is to empower the first responder community by providing them with the tools and resources necessary to participate in the overall success of the network. They offer training for public safety professionals, access to a platform for exchanging ideas and best practices, and opportunities to collaborate and innovate for smarter and more effective public safety services. The association focuses exclusively on ensuring the success of the entire FirstNet ecosystem, including the network infrastructure, hardware and software, and most importantly, the end users. They believe that unity and collaboration among various stakeholders, such as congress, federal and state agencies, associations, and the private sector, are vital for the success of FirstNet. The Public Safety Broadband Technology Association engages in various activities such as educational events, committees, research, and advocacy to support its membership. By bringing together the public safety community, including first responders, emergency managers, industry professionals, academia, and nonprofit associations, they are working towards a shared vision of creating the best possible version of the FirstNet network. Join the association today to learn, contribute, engage, and shape the future of public safety technology.
