## Description

The Quillen 100 is a nonprofit organization in Northeast Tennessee, powered by medical students at ETSU Quillen College of Medicine. It brings people together for a community event centered on disc golf, camaraderie, and support for children’s health. Its signature tournament takes place at Winged Deer Park in Johnson City, Tennessee, in October; the 2026 event is scheduled for October 24. Proceeds go directly to Niswonger Children’s Hospital to support the health of children in the region.

The tournament welcomes both seasoned disc golfers and first-time players, with beginner and advanced divisions to suit different experience levels. Beyond competition, The Quillen 100 offers a family-friendly community fair featuring a dedicated kids’ zone with activities for children and booths from local health organizations sharing resources for healthier living. The event is designed to make participation accessible and engaging for the whole community while raising funds for a local children’s hospital. Sponsors also help make the event possible.
