## Description

TheraPower LLC is an occupational therapy consulting brand that helps schools empower students of all abilities to learn and succeed. Led by occupational therapy consultant Charla Holst, OTR/L, the company equips teachers and school staff with practical knowledge, strategies, and tools to support student participation and learning.

Its services include professional development, custom sensory spaces, and prevention-focused support for Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI). Training can cover prepared topics or be tailored to a school’s needs, with strategies staff can apply in classrooms and across campuses. TheraPower also helps schools plan motor labs, sensory paths, and other spaces that encourage movement, sensory self-regulation, and readiness to learn.

For MTSS and RTI, the company offers school-wide interventions, data collection, and progress-monitoring approaches intended to address common challenges and reduce referrals. Its areas of expertise include attention and focus, behavior, handwriting, sensory regulation, fine and visual motor skills, developmental readiness, accommodations, trauma-informed care, and social-emotional learning. TheraPower also provides sensory tools and resources for schools.
