## Description

The UPMC Rink at PPG Place is an outdoor ice-skating destination in downtown Pittsburgh, offering seasonal winter recreation in the heart of the city. Open from November through February, the rink welcomes skaters of all ages for public skating sessions and special promotions. Admission options include standard skating tickets, lunchtime monthly passes, Tuesday family nights, Wednesday half-price student nights, Thursday couple-skate offers, and a Valentine’s Day special. Prices vary by ticket type, age, and season.

Visitors can book tickets online in advance to reserve an entry time and avoid potentially long walk-up lines. Skate rentals are available in a range of sizes, and lockers can be used for a small fee. Groups of ten or more may qualify for discounted admission when tickets are purchased online in advance, subject to seasonal restrictions. The rink also offers skate sharpening through its skate rental office. Operating hours vary throughout the holiday and winter seasons, with extended hours during peak periods.
