## Description

The Running Ant Bootcamp offers outdoor fitness training in Eindhoven, with sessions designed to help participants become fitter, stronger and more energetic. Its group bootcamps combine elements of fitness, circuit training and CrossFit, using exercise equipment or bodyweight movements. Workouts vary from week to week and may include strength and cardio exercises, circuits, boxing and games. The emphasis is on enjoyment, encouragement and an inclusive atmosphere rather than intense, intimidating drills.

Sessions are open to beginners and experienced athletes alike. Groups are limited to 16 participants, while small-group training is capped at eight, allowing for more individual guidance. These focused sessions help participants practise common exercises with sound technique, and are included with ride cards or premium subscriptions. The coach also offers alternatives to make exercises easier or more challenging and provides guidance on posture and execution.

The Running Ant aims to support personal fitness goals through varied training, attentive coaching and a strong sense of community.
