## Description

The Sea Office is a coliving and coworking space in Costa da Caparica, Portugal, created by Susana in 2015. Set in a refurbished 1960s villa, it brings sleeping, working and leisure together under one roof, offering a relaxed base for visitors, nomads and freelancers. The property is a five-minute walk from the beach and about 20 minutes from Lisbon International Airport.

Accommodation includes three single rooms, with one or two beds, and a suite with a double bed and private bathroom. Guests can use shared kitchen and living areas, balconies and the garden, with fast internet throughout the house. On the ground floor, the coworking space offers desks by the day, week or month, alongside a lounge, kitchenette, meeting room and garden.

For leisure, guests can relax outdoors, enjoy barbecues, play chess or explore activities available in the area. The Sea Office also offers surf lessons, sailing day trips, Portuguese short courses and bike rental, with room-and-desk packages available depending on availability.
