## Description

The Seed Clinic is a specialist women’s health and reproductive nutrition practice founded by Ella (Mariella) Pomfret MSc RD, a Registered Dietitian regulated by the UK Health and Care Professions Council and a member of the British Dietetic Association. Based in East Dulwich, London, the clinic provides evidence-based nutrition support through virtual consultations for individuals and couples across the UK.

Its services cover fertility optimisation, preconception nutrition, egg quality, IVF preparation, male fertility, and nutrition throughout pregnancy and postpartum recovery. The clinic also supports clients managing PMOS, formerly known as PCOS, endometriosis, and the transition to perimenopause. Consultations are tailored to each person’s stage and concerns, translating clinical research into clear, practical priorities. The aim is to help clients make informed choices without having to navigate conflicting advice alone.

Alongside consultation packages, The Seed Clinic offers a free 90-day egg quality plan with practical strategies for nutrition, hormone regulation, and conception. Ella also provides corporate advisory, expert panel contributions, and media and brand consulting.
