# thespotmi.org - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `thespotmi.org` ## Description The Spot is a community-focused organization supporting children with special needs and their families, including families in the Detroit Jewish community. Its daily three-hour program offers children a safe, welcoming place to build friendships, enjoy activities, and share a hot dinner. By creating opportunities for social connection and inclusion, The Spot helps children feel valued while giving parents time to care for themselves and their families. The organization’s services extend beyond its daily program. They include summer camp, Sunday programming, memorable trips, a women’s day program, and support groups for mothers. These offerings are designed to provide enjoyable experiences and practical support for families who may have limited access to inclusive activities and respite care. The Spot’s warm, caring environment is supported by community donations and dedicated volunteers. Families describe the organization as a source of belonging, reassurance, and meaningful care. Through its programs, The Spot helps children participate in community life and gives parents a chance to recharge, support other children, and create calmer family routines. ## Industries - 🎗 Community and Society - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Developmental and Physical Disabilities _(under Health)_ ## Links - [instagram](https://instagram.com/thirtyeight12) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idLHd9SC4i/w/195/h/195/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792842084587) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idLHd9SC4i/w/100/h/100/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792842084747) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Anzac | #e6a352 | accent | | Metallic Bronze | #564d21 | dark | | Cadet Blue | #a6adbf | light | ## Fonts - var(--font-family) — asset _(custom)_ - var(--font-family) — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
