# The Stand Foundation - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `thestandfoundation.org` ## Description The STAND Foundation is a community-focused organization serving Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia since 2015. Its mission is to open doors for underrepresented youth by connecting them with horses, creativity, and community, helping them build confidence, connection, and purpose through horse sports and wellness. The foundation offers summer camps, including the Great Outdoor Adventure Summer Camp, alongside year-round wellness programs that provide safe spaces for young people to grow and feel seen. Its work includes equine-facilitated learning, with services that explore how horses can support learning, wellness, and community building. The organization also promotes equine health education and highlights the social and economic impact of equine-facilitated services through special experiences, including Stable Wellness Limited in Jamaica. The STAND Foundation collaborates with partners such as The FL Wolters Group, a Black woman-owned psychotherapy practice offering culturally responsive mental health care. Community members can support its work through donations, volunteering, sponsorship, event participation, and other opportunities. The foundation also hosts the Black Equestrian Summer Bash, celebrating Black equestrian culture and excellence. ## Industries - 🎗 Community and Society - 🎗 Philanthropy _(under Community and Society)_ - 🐶 Pets and Animals - 🐶 Horses _(under Pets and Animals)_ ## Links - [instagram](https://instagram.com/thestandfoundation__) - [linkedin](https://linkedin.com/company/the-standfoundation) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idiWG8nTKz/w/239/h/105/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792554716322) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idiWG8nTKz/w/100/h/100/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792554716419) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Crete | #4f772d | accent | | Mine Shaft | #282626 | dark | | Alabaster | #fafafa | light | ## Fonts - Arial — asset _(custom)_ - cormorantgaramond-semibold — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
