The Transition House is a brand that provides valuable resources and support to help individuals rise up and become positive contributors to their community. We offer a range of services aimed at empowering and assisting our residents on their journey towards a brighter and healthier life. Our ReEntry Program is dedicated to helping individuals reenter the workforce and regain control of their lives by providing residence, gainful employment opportunities, substance abuse treatment, group therapy, and education and vocational training.

We also offer Residential Services focused on creating a supportive environment for individuals struggling with substance use or behavioral health issues, with a specific emphasis on our men's mental health program. Additionally, we have a special Veteran's Program that provides support and assistance to veterans transitioning from homeless life to stability in employment and housing.
