## Description

The UrbanMile is a planned sports, retail, wellness, and residential destination in Leander, Texas, developed by R3S Developers. Located on approximately 9.9 acres along Highway 183, the project is designed to bring recreation and lifestyle spaces together in North Austin. Its first phase, the C2 Sports Club, is planned to include about 101,600 square feet of indoor and outdoor sports facilities. Proposed amenities include a column-free indoor area for tennis or pickleball, outdoor tennis courts, pickleball courts, and supporting laundry, restroom, equipment, and seating spaces. Phase 1a has an estimated development cost of $21.14 million, with construction projected to take approximately 24 months following a targeted Q4 2026 groundbreaking. Future plans include a clubhouse with a members’ lounge, spa and wellness amenities, a kitchen and bar, a pool, and additional pickleball courts. A later phase is envisioned to add mixed-use retail and multifamily residences. The UrbanMile also presents thoughtfully designed living spaces and invites prospective visitors to schedule a tour.
