## Description

The Vegetarian Butcher is a plant-based meat brand created by meat lovers for meat lovers. Since launching in 2010, it has developed alternatives designed to recreate the familiar taste and texture of meat, combining culinary tradition with product innovation. Its range includes plant-based burgers, mince, chicken-style products, sausages, schnitzels, strips, fillets, nuggets and snacks. Featured products include Pepperfect Chick’n, with a crisp pepper coating, and NoMisteak, made to offer a hearty, tender steak-style experience. The brand also provides recipes and cooking inspiration, from schnitzel with potato salad to burgers and spaghetti Bolognese, alongside information about its products, ingredients and sustainability approach.

The company says it makes plant-based meat directly from ingredients such as beans and grains, using proteins, fats, water and other ingredients to create a meat-like structure and flavour. Its mission is to help free animals from the food chain and make plant-based meat a more widely embraced choice.
