## Description

The Watercress Company is a progressive and enthusiastic brand based in Dorchester, Dorset. With a 26-year history, our purpose is to produce the finest quality watercress, baby leaf salads, and wasabi in a safe and sustainable way. We achieve this through our farms in Dorset, Hampshire, Spain, and Florida, where a team of over 300 experts work tirelessly to ensure top-notch products. Founded by our Chairman, Peter Old, The Watercress Company combines two smaller businesses to create a market-leading brand. Innovation is at the core of our business, driving creativity, problem-solving solutions, and continuous improvement. We supply a broad range of markets, from local grocery stores to national supermarkets, thanks to our formal and informal partnerships. Our long-term view to business development keeps us motivated and focused on achieving our goals and targets. With a commitment to quality and sustainability, we aim to add value and unique qualities that others can't achieve on their own.
