The Whole Story is a team of Agricultural Sustainability Coaches dedicated to inspiring, facilitating, and articulating holistic sustainability in agriculture. As a B Corp Certified social enterprise, their purpose is centered around benefiting farmers. Founded in 2020 by Becks Smith, The Whole Story draws inspiration from the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals to create an aspirational and tangible framework for sustainability in farming.

Rather than simply imposing regulations, The Whole Story believes that sustainability should be embedded in every aspect of farming. Their team of coaches works alongside farmers, empowering them to navigate the process and take control of their own businesses.

The Whole Story team consists of passionate individuals, including Becks Smith, the CEO & Founder, who has a background in veterinary medicine and farming. Other team members like Lucy Brown, an Agricultural Sustainability Coach, and Amy Maw, an Impact Assistant, bring their expertise in areas such as freshwater management and integrated farm systems.

With their mission to inspire conscious, holistic sustainability, The Whole Story aims to create a positive impact on the future of agriculture in New Zealand.
