## Description

The Yawn Club is a baby and child sleep consultancy founded by Emma, a certified UK sleep consultant based in Hampshire who supports families worldwide. Combining evidence-based guidance with a compassionate, gentle approach, Emma creates personalised sleep plans that reflect each child’s age, temperament and sleep history, as well as a family’s parenting style and values. The service does not use “cry it out” methods and aims to help parents feel informed and supported throughout the process.

The Yawn Club offers three sleep plans. The Newborn Plan supports expecting parents and families with babies aged 0–4 months, with a private video consultation, safe sleep guidance, newborn strategies, early routine support and follow-up care. Silver and Gold plans are for children aged 5 months to 5 years and include a one-to-one consultation, a bespoke plan, daily check-ins and WhatsApp support; Gold also includes resources and a follow-up call. Parents can book a free 15-minute consultation to discuss their needs and explore the available support.
