## Description

The Yoga Gent is a brand that offers transformative yoga experiences designed to heal and empower individuals. Born in the rugged beauty of Southern Utah, the founder's personal journey of trauma and self-inquiry led to a deep desire for personal change. At the age of 65, he reinvented his life and career, discovering the power of yoga along the way. Initially drawn to Bikram yoga, he quickly realized that yoga was not only a physical practice but also a process of psychological healing and deep introspection. Drawing inspiration from thought pioneers, the founder's philosophy as a yoga teacher revolves around engaging one's exteroception and interoception, and the manipulation of energy through muscle contraction and release. By offering intentional movement practices such as movement dynamics, calisthenics, and bodyweight training, The Yoga Gent aims to facilitate healing and address trauma. If you're looking for a cathartic and powerful healing tool, The Yoga Gent is here to guide you on your transformative yoga journey.
