## Description

Thibault Didelot is a private-practice psychologist based in Réunion, offering in-person appointments on the island and consultations by telehealth. His approach focuses on helping people reduce distress, strengthen beneficial habits, and develop a more lasting sense of well-being. Drawing on professional experience at the Queyriaux psychiatric clinic and as a psychology instructor at Paris 8, Didelot combines individual psychological interviews with meditation, hypnosis, Reiki, and psychotherapy.

The website introduces these practices through detailed articles that explore both Eastern and Western traditions and examine techniques in light of modern science. It also offers training in meditation and Reiki, alongside resources on approaches such as schema therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Didelot presents these services as tools for addressing psychological concerns, including anxiety, obsessive thoughts, depression, and apathy, as well as certain physical symptoms and chronic pain. Visitors can learn about his therapeutic approach, explore educational content, and request an appointment. Some consultations may be reimbursed by certain mutual insurance providers.
