## Description

THINGGAARD IT is a Danish IT services company supporting small and medium-sized businesses across Denmark. Based in Nørresundby, the company acts as a flexible, ongoing IT partner, helping organisations manage technology without maintaining a full in-house IT department. Its services include IT outsourcing, infrastructure management, user support, cybersecurity, backup, network and Wi-Fi solutions, hosting, and Microsoft 365.

THINGGAARD IT provides continuous infrastructure monitoring, update management, antivirus protection, backup and device encryption. Employees can get assistance by phone, email and remote support, with critical cases addressed within four hours. Security offerings include SentinelOne endpoint detection and response, Cove backup, and optional multi-factor authentication and access management. Hosting is available on premises, in Danish data centres through Curanet, or in Microsoft 365.

The company also advises on networks, firewalls and hardware, and offers equipment sales and leasing. Its outsourcing service is priced per user, with plans starting at DKK 350 per month excluding VAT, and a one-month cancellation period.
