ThinkSelf Minnesota is a Minnesota-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing adults in the state. With a mission to provide resources, education, and support, ThinkSelf aims to ensure these individuals have access to a full range of options for learning, safety, justice, employment skills, and community engagement. The organization offers culturally appropriate bilingual education programming and advocacy services to adults throughout the state.

Their services are tailored to meet the unique needs of Deaf, DeafBlind, DeafDisabled, and Hard of Hearing individuals. ThinkSelf has a long history of supporting the Deaf community in Minnesota. Starting as the Deafness, Education & Advocacy Foundation (DEAF), they became the fiscal agent for deaf instructional services in 1989.

Through the years, the organization has expanded its offerings and partnerships, including the establishment of Deaf DVSA services and the formation of the Deaf Consortium. In 2016, ThinkSelf began its transition to becoming a stand-alone nonprofit, which was fully realized in 2017. Today, ThinkSelf operates with a main office in the Twin Cities metropolitan area and serves individuals statewide.
