## Description

Centrum Psychotraumatologii Stosowanej (CPS) is a Polish think tank focused on applied psychotraumatology. It brings together scientific research, clinical practice and systems-level approaches to improve understanding of trauma and inform practical solutions. The organisation works with business, public-sector institutions, academic communities and nonprofit organisations, connecting specialist knowledge with the settings where it can be applied.

CPS draws on research and clinical experience to examine trauma, its effects on relationships and workplaces, and the often-hidden costs it creates for organisations and institutions. Its work also promotes post-traumatic growth as a possible path to recovery for individuals and organisations. The centre emphasises scientific accuracy, a holistic understanding of trauma and evidence-informed approaches to diagnosis and action.

CPS shares its work through research, reports, publications, conferences, seminars and forums, including the Forum CPS 2026. It also provides organisational resources such as its statutes, resolutions and activity reports, and offers opportunities for collaboration and participation in research. Its team includes researchers, clinical practitioners and other specialists with experience in psychotraumatology.
