## Description

This Woman Runs is a women’s running community operated by This Mum Runs Limited, with a mission to help women and girls feel confident and free to move at any age, stage or pace. Founded in 2014, the organisation creates welcoming, local sessions designed around connection and encouragement rather than competition. Women can walk, jog or run, and all abilities are welcome; no one is left behind. Sessions usually take place on Wednesdays and Sundays, with options of 30, 45 or 60 minutes, and are led by volunteer Run Angels. They are free to attend, and registration is optional.

Alongside its community runs, This Woman Runs offers Run30, including a course and app, and supports women who want to start a group. Its website also features community stories, news and updates, and a Sunday email from founder Mel Bound OBE, offering reflections, real-life experiences and small ideas for being more active.
