## Description

Tim Holman is an engineer, maker and self-described toymaker whose work explores the playful side of technology. His personal portfolio brings together a wide-ranging collection of interactive projects, creative tools, experiments and web experiences, reflecting an interest in tinkering, visual effects, sound, games and imaginative uses of code.

Visitors can explore projects such as Musical Toys, Optical Toys, Paint Toys and Ant Toys, alongside individual experiments including Elevator.js, The Useless Web, ZenPen, Palettab, Generative Boids and the Binary Music Player. The collection also features optical illusions, generative art, browser effects, puzzles, arcade-style activities and creative utilities. Holman’s site presents these works as playful ways to engage with technology and creativity, rather than a conventional product catalogue.

Alongside making projects, Holman shares his work through talks and podcast appearances, with listed events and shows including JSConf AU, CSSConf EU, FFConf, ShopTalk Show and CodePen. His professional experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of UI and UX at Goldman Sachs and previously as Director of Product Engineering at Bustle Digital Group.
