## Description

THLV, also known as THOR Low Volatility ETF, is a product offered by THOR Financial Technologies. It is a low volatility ETF aimed at providing investment results that generally correspond to the performance of the THOR U.S. Sector Low Volatility Index. The ETF primarily invests in securities included in the Index, which is comprised of U.S. equity exchange traded funds. This strategy enables the ETF to gain exposure to U.S. large cap equities while attempting to lower volatility by avoiding sectors that are currently in a down trending cycle.

The Index follows a weekly reconstitution and rebalancing schedule based on a rules-based approach. Investors should note that the Fund will be concentrated in sectors included in the Index, which exposes it to the risks associated with those sectors. Additionally, ETFs are subject to specific risks such as liquidity risk, sector risk, and risks associated with fixed income securities and commodities. The THOR Low Volatility ETF is distributed by Northern Lights Distributors, LLC, and is not affiliated with THOR Financial Technologies.
