With their Louisiana roots fueling their mission and underdog spirit, ThreeSixtyEight prioritizes practicing radical candor, committing to flow state, and prioritizing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) to bring out the best in their team. They believe in the power of their people and have a talented team of project managers, account managers, growth coordinators, financial controllers, brand designers, web engineers, and more. ThreeSixtyEight is constantly looking for passionate individuals to join their team and also welcomes freelancers to join their network of specialists.
