## Description

Thresh is an independent, founder-owned and founder-led, AI-native services firm focused on helping organizations decide what is worth building and bring it to market. Its work combines experienced human judgment with AI tools, which the firm uses to enhance people’s capabilities rather than automate the customer experience. Strategy, product, design, engineering, and growth specialists work as one team, with senior practitioners involved from scoping through delivery and accountable for outcomes.

Thresh offers Strategy & Operations, Digital Product Management, UX & Product Design, Product Engineering, and Growth & AI Commerce services. The firm connects strategic direction to practical execution, using working software to test and refine ideas rather than relying on slide decks alone. Its lean, agile teams aim to move quickly while maintaining a high standard of craft, with AI assisting systematic work so practitioners can focus on decisions that require judgment.

Founded by Dave Macey and Jason Rock, Thresh serves clients from offices in Chicago, New York, and Denver.
