## Description

Threshold Training Network is an Ireland-registered charity that helps people improve their mental health and build hope, confidence and skills for the future. Its approach brings mental health recovery into learning, training programmes and workshops, creating a supportive space where participants can explore their interests, recognise their abilities and consider their next steps.

The organisation offers Pathfinder, a QQI Level 3 programme focused on exploring interests and skills, and Pathway to Employment, a QQI Level 4 programme that supports steps towards further education and work. Its mental health recovery workshops provide opportunities to learn, reflect and discover, while CUPPa Coaching offers one-to-one, in-person support for up to eight sessions. Threshold Training Network also provides resources, including video resources, and additional services and events.

Through these programmes and supports, the network aims to help students move forward with greater self-belief and optimism. Based in Tallaght, Dublin, it presents training and learning as ways to strengthen each person’s potential for recovery and to explore options for their future.
