Thrive Alliance is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing human services, social services, and housing services to adults and their communities in southern Indiana. Their mission is to improve the quality of life and health for individuals at risk of losing their independence. Thrive Alliance believes that everyone should have the opportunity to live a secure, engaged, and independent life, regardless of age.

They offer a variety of programs and resources to help individuals live as independently as possible, focusing on affordable housing, caregiver support, nutrition and wellness programs, transportation and accessibility services, and community-wide support for aging-related issues. Thrive Alliance serves as Indiana's Agency on Aging for Bartholomew, Brown, Decatur, Jackson, and Jennings counties.
