## Description

THRIVE Agrifood, part of SVG Ventures, is a venture and innovation platform focused on advancing food and agriculture. It brings together corporations, startups, universities, growers, and other ecosystem partners to address challenges across the industries and support the development of practical, impactful solutions.

For startups, THRIVE offers support at multiple stages, from early research and idea validation through seed-to-Series A and scale-up. Its programs help founders test concepts, build minimum viable products, shape go-to-market strategies, prepare for investment, and connect with industry expertise and potential customers. Specialized initiatives also support companies seeking international growth. THRIVE runs global and corporate innovation challenges that spotlight startups working on sustainable agriculture and related priorities.

For corporations, the platform provides innovation guidance, engagement with its startup ecosystem, and tools for building startup relationships, including a digital open innovation platform. THRIVE also invests in technology companies through the Pioneer Fund and Sunrise Fund. Its broader work includes events, mentorship, reports, and the THRIVE Top 50 Agtech & Foodtech lists, helping connect innovators and share insights across the agrifood sector.
