Thrive Behavioral Network is dedicated to providing innovative, safe, and accessible healthcare services for individuals with disabilities. Our mission is to improve quality of life through residential, outpatient, and community services, while respecting individual care needs, fostering choice, hope, and independence for all people.

Originally formed in 1992 as Rule 36 Limited Partnerships of Duluth, our company has since grown in size and services, now operating 23 programs across Minnesota. We offer person-centered in-patient care, residential crisis services, and a range of certified Corporate Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) and Intensive Rehabilitation Treatment Services (IRTS) homes, serving 142 residential clients. In addition, we provide residential crisis stabilization and have garnered positive feedback from clients' families.
