Thrive Hong Kong 雋晴慈善 is a Hong Kong registered charity dedicated to empowering under-resourced children and youth through education. As a children and youth education charity, Thrive Hong Kong aims to transform these individuals into self-confident and positive future leaders who are motivated to give back to society. Co-founded by Ms. Polly Chan and Ms. Lilian Sze, Thrive Hong Kong has already empowered over 500 under-resourced children and their families from 2009 to 2017. Thrive Hong Kong offers various programs to achieve its mission, including the Youth Empowerment Program (YEP) for children aged 12-24, the Personal Development Program (PDP) for children in grades P5-P6, and the Family Empowerment Program (FEP) for family members of PDP participants. These programs focus on engagement, exploration, empowerment, emotional support, encouragement, and education, fostering personal growth and confidence in participants. Thrive Hong Kong draws inspiration from the successful Stichting IMC Weekendschool in the Netherlands. As the sister school of Stichting IMC Weekendschool, Thrive Hong Kong is part of an international network that shares the same educational approach.
