## Description

Thriving Now is an emotional wellness brand founded by Rick and operated by Thriving Now, LLC in Asheville, North Carolina. It shares practical ways to build emotional freedom in everyday life, helping people meet difficult feelings, ease what keeps them stuck, and take meaningful next steps. Its resources are designed for people seeking greater self-understanding, kindness, connection, and personal growth.

The brand offers free articles, tapping (EFT) resources, audio guides, short practices for anxiety and overwhelm, and tools for topics such as boundaries, clarity, stress, and emotional eating. Its workshops and courses provide guided learning, while coaching, private sessions, gatherings, and Circle Membership offer opportunities for more personal or community-based support. Visitors can also explore Gus, a digital guide that provides reflections, tapping prompts, reframes, and suggestions shaped by decades of emotional freedom work and shared community wisdom.

Through its resource library, programs, and support options, Thriving Now encourages people to choose what feels useful and apply it to the challenges and possibilities of their own lives.
