## Description

Thruvision is a security technology company providing screening solutions for government and commercial organisations. Its systems use passive terahertz (THz) technology and AI-driven threat detection to identify concealed items, including weapons, explosives, cash, narcotics and stolen goods. Designed to screen people quickly and respectfully, the technology can process up to 1,800 people per hour and does not distinguish between age, ethnicity or gender. Thruvision states that its approach complies with GDPR.

The company serves a range of environments where security, efficient movement and loss prevention are important. These include retail and distribution centres, customs agencies, prisons, building entrances and aviation settings. Its solutions are used to help protect travellers and employees, support operational security, and reduce the risk of theft or disruption.
