TBMA offers a full suite of services aimed at immigrants and refugees in their first years in Canada.

Located in Thunder Bay, Ontario, they provide information, orientation, and referral services to help newcomers integrate into the broader community. They offer Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) classes for various language levels and connect newcomers through mentorship and community events via their Community Connections Program. Additionally, TBMA provides interpretation and translation services to newcomers, businesses, and the general public.

They value respect, equity, anti-racism/oppression, and partnership, and work to address the short and long term needs of newcomers by delivering high-quality settlement, language, and volunteer support programs.
