## Description

Thundry Farm Livery & Training Yard is a small, owner-run equestrian facility in Elstead, Surrey, set within the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Owners Paul and Christine Shubrook have run the farm for more than 30 years. With space for up to 12 horses, the yard offers professional facilities and tailored support for riders, particularly competitive amateurs, while prioritising the wellbeing of horses and their owners.

Facilities include a 25-by-50-metre indoor school, horse walker, lunge arena, grass jumping paddock, individual post-and-rail turnout, internal stables, tack rooms, lorry parking, client shower, tea room and Wi-Fi. The farm also provides access to local bridleways and hacking.

Three livery packages offer different levels of care, from support with routine and heavier tasks to comprehensive care, exercise, grooming, clipping, coaching and competition planning. Coaching includes one-to-one sessions, multi-day clinics, invited coaches, and showjumping and performance-mindset training. Resident coach Christine Shubrook is a British Showjumping-accredited Level 3 coach. The yard also regularly travels to British Showjumping competitions across several regions.
