## Description

Thurner’s is a Modern European cuisine brand offering restaurant-quality food in a convenient takeaway format in the City of London. Founded by Austrian-born chef Stefan Johann Thurner, the concept draws on his early experience in his family’s artisanal bakery, formal training in hotel management, and 13 years working in fine dining establishments in Vienna and London. His cooking combines contemporary European flavors with influences from his Austrian heritage, travels, and London’s diverse culinary scene.

The brand focuses on refined, practical dishes made with locally sourced, organic, and seasonal ingredients, bringing gourmet techniques to everyday meals. After developing the concept at a market stall on Leather Lane, Thurner’s opened its first permanent location at 27 Garlick Hill, EC4V 2BA. Customers can order from its online menu for takeaway, with delivery available through Deliveroo. The restaurant is open Monday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and is closed on weekends. Thurner’s presents fine dining as fresh, accessible food designed for modern urban life.
