# tibbittsfernhillreservation.com - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `tibbittsfernhillreservation.com` ## Description Tibbitts @ Fern Hill is an independent, Alaska Native-owned restaurant in Tacoma, Washington, led by Chef Shawn Tibbitts. The restaurant offers reservation-only fine-dining brunch on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, with seatings from 9 a.m. through noon. Its scratch-made, seasonal menu brings Alaska Native foodways and Chef Tibbitts’ Aleut, Yupik and Alutiiq heritage into conversation with Pacific Northwest ingredients. Food is prepared around confirmed reservations, so guests must call ahead; walk-ins and takeout are not offered. The experience is personal and chef-present, shaped by a deliberately small kitchen, changing seasonal ingredients and a commitment to minimizing waste. Tibbitts @ Fern Hill also shares its culinary story and documented awards and recognition through its Public Record, alongside Indigenous storytelling and information about Alaska Native food systems. Community involvement is part of the restaurant’s work, including free holiday meals, food drives and local partnerships. Recognized locally and internationally for its brunch, the restaurant brings together Indigenous culinary perspectives, hospitality and community in Tacoma’s Fern Hill neighborhood. ## Industries - 🍔 Food and Drink - 🍔 Restaurants and Delivery _(under Food and Drink)_ - 💎 Luxury - 💎 Fine Dining and Gourmet Cuisine _(under Luxury)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/TibbittsFernHill) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/tibbittsfernhill) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idzGdA3LTu/w/1024/h/1024/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793369818285) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idzGdA3LTu/w/944/h/960/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793369818618) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Cod Gray | #111111 | accent | | Chathams Blue | #174b63 | dark | | Alabaster | #fafafa | light | --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
